The property was amazing I stayed here for 3 days. The Penrith club is right next door other places are right at your fingertips. Westfield is just down the road & lucky for me the sporting event I had to drive to was only 10minutes away great location. Great stay. Great staff.

Room was big, clean and pretty much had everything you needed Bed and pillows were big and comfy Location was excellent. Easy to get to, plenty of parking, right next to panthers club so plenty of entertainment and places to eat. Staff were all so friendly and helpful!

The Mercure in Penrith is one of our favourite places to visit. We go on an annual holiday there every year with a few families. So many different types of rooms, really flexible, perfect location for the World of Entertainment and super comfortable.

The Mecure Penrith was a very clean and comfortable hotel. I was travelling for work and only stayed the night but they were very accommodating and flexible for late night check-in. The room was massive and everything was impeccably clean. It was nice to have coffee/tea (I had a green tea before bed) and I love that you could QR code from your phone and steam directly to the TV (eg. Netflix). The bed was comfortable and all the toiletries like bodywash, moisturiser were good quality.

Plenty of places to eat. The relationship between the Mercure and the Panthers complex was not really well explained eg Outback Steakhouse is part of the Mercure complex but not in the Panthers complex. Booking system was being replaced and staff had trouble with it. Staff were accommodating re my request to have our sheets changed first during the day as my partner had surgery and wanted clean sheets.....I found a tissue in my bed I had accidentally left there in the morning and it was at my feet the next morning which would indicate the sheets were not actually changed, just the beds made up...

The proximity to what we were in Penrith for and the ease at which we could get food and drinks with Panthers being next door.

Really helpful & welcoming staff. Room was comfortable with nice toiletries. Location is great, right in the heart of the Panthers entertainment centre. So much to do nearby, Aqua Golf, iFly (indoor sky jump flight) NRL Panthers League club & stadium. Also Westfield & lots of local shops just a short 5min drive away.

Loved the location and the fact there was internal access to the leagues club as we stayed on the night of the NRL grand final. We were so impressed with the organisation and preparedness ahead of and during our stay, given how busy the precinct was going to be. It made our whole experience of celebrating our team so seamless and all the more enjoyable. The little things we noticed like ear plugs being provided in the rooms due to celebrations going into the night, were thoughtful touches.

Beds were really comfy, but I would take my own pillows next time as they were not supportive at all. Great location.

The location is perfect, close to everything. I had a work Christmas party at the panthers club so it was very convenient with an 8 month old. Quick and easy to get back to the room to put Bub to bed.
